Users, Clients, Riders - What Are the Differences?

The easiest way to think about user accounts on EC Pro is from a top-down approach.

Users are all user accounts created on your EC Pro page. This includes you, your staff, and all of your clients.

Clients are users that have been allocated to the client user type. 

Riders are rider profiles that nest under user accounts. For example, if I were the rider then my rider profile would be the same information as my user account. Or, if I have two children who participate with you - the user account would be me, but the rider profiles would be my two children.
