The easiest way to think about user accounts on EC Pro is from a top-down approach. **Users** are all user accounts created on your EC Pro page. This includes you, your staff, and all of your clients. **Clients** are users that have been allocated to the client user type.  **Riders** are rider profiles that nest under user accounts. For example, if I were the rider then my rider profile would be the same information as my user account. Or, if I have two children who participate with you - the user account would be me, but the rider profiles would be my two children.
